Wains Hotel is started by Job Wain in 1860s, at the height of the Central Otago gold rush and originally designed by Mason, Wales & Stevenson and famous for its Italianate style with an elaborate façade noted for its columns, plasters, and carved figures.

This building has been under intensive renovation since 2019 and Tile Installation Specialists Limited takes pride in providing tiling service to this project.

Main contractor of this project is Stewart Construction Limited of Dunedin.
