Wains Hotel has started by Job Wain in 1860s, at the height of the Central Otago gold rush and originally designed by Mason, Wales & Stevenson and famous for its Italianate style with an elaborate façade noted for its columns, plasters, and carved figures.

This building has gone through intensive renovation for new owner Fable Hotels since 2019 by Stewart Construction and Tile Installation Specialists Limited takes pride in providing tiling service to this project.
